New Structure as of October 1, 2006

On October 1, 2006, the business of the Siemens Communications Group will be given a new structure:

The Carrier business (mobile networks, fixed networks, carrier services) will      be continued in the company Siemens Networks, LLC.

The Enterprise business will be continued in the company Siemens      Communications, Inc.

The Wireless Modules business will be continued in the Siemens      Group Automation and Drives.
